A unique three-dimensional Simple Samba (3) Wing Shoulder Backpack Wire Frame Design (4 Individual Pieces) – lightweight form is custom-made to order from sturdy/galvanized wire and spot welded for durability – superior quality craftsmanship!! Design includes four individual wire frame designs (1 V-Backpack and 3 Wings) for assembly to reduce overall shipping costs.

Dimensions:
V-Backpack: ~12″ L x ~12″ W (shoulder width) x ~8 1/2″ D (front of design to rear of backpack)
Wing Designs: 15″ L x 12″ W
The above dimensions are approximate. Listing is for the wire frame design only! Additional support & reinforcement may be needed depending on your application. Foam board is recommended to attach to the wing design to increase the overall width for the placement of feathers. (3) cable harness hardware will be provided to assemble the wings onto the V-backpack design (see instructions below). Care must be taken to support the welds when modifying and assembling the design.

Wing Design Assembly Instructions:
1) Cable harness hardware is secured in position (marked with blue tape) on V-backpack design.
2) Loosen the two nuts on the cable harness with a 5/16 nut driver or 5/16 wrench.
3) Position left or right wing rod through opening on cable harness and align to preferred height on V-backpack design.
4) Make sure that wing design is positioned/angled per your preference; care must be taken if wing support rod is reconfigured.
5) Tighten the (2) – 5/16 nuts on the cable harness with nut driver or 5/16 wrench to secure wing design to V-backpack design.
6) Position center wing design on V-backpack support and secure with cable harness hardware.
7) Tighten the (2) – 5/16 nuts on the cable harness with nut driver or 5/16 wrench to secure wing design to V-backpack design.
8) Repeat steps 2-5 for the 2nd wing design.

Wing Design Disassembly Instructions:
1) Disassemble the wings by loosening both nuts with a 5/16 nut driver or wrench.
2) Remove the wings and tighten the cable harness hardware to the V-backpack design.
