Kyoko Sakuras’s 3D Printed Spear kit comes unpainted and includes one spearhead and one end cap.
Both pieces are printed with white PLA filament. Each features a sleeve that is sized to snugly fit a 7/8 inch dowel with minimal sanding.
3D Printing is great for cosplay props accessories because 3D prints can be very lightweight and very durable. The layer direction has been carefully selected to provide increased durability for fighting witches!
The spearhead measures 12 1/4 inches long, 9 1/4 inches wide, and weighs 158 grams.
The end cap is 2 and 1/4 inches long, 1 and 1/4 inches, wide and weighs 10 grams.
For best results, sand by hand and prime before painting.
WARNING: Power sanders are not recommended, as they produce enough friction to melt the plastic.
