Just remember this is a Waistcoat not a Jacket/shirt as shoulders measurement will always be a cm /couple of cm’s inside for the seam measurements.Sizes count more on your biggest chest/bust area, it’s more about if it will close, measure your biggest area for it to close.And then also look at the length but normally it will correlate to your biggest chest/bust or even stomach, pending as said above.
