This mysterious garment (cape? shirt? dress?) is all sheer black with metallic silver polka dots, ideal for wearing over literally whatever you want. You can wear it with the longer part at the front or sides depending on if you want more of a dress or a top look; there’s just a neck hole in the center, so go nuts.

Condition: Overall good vintage condition with some imperfections at the hems but no major flaws that stand out when worn. The polka dots are losing their metallic integrity, and no matter what you wear with it you WILL end up with glittery silver speckles on you, which is a small price to pay to the gods of fabulousness.
