Hats are made of fleece which is flexible and durable. The ears have fleec interfacing in them but they are still floppy(ears do not stay up straight). each hat is made with great care to detail to the Pokemon.

With Plusle and Minun you can buy them separately or as a set and get both hats, cause we know they should never be separated ^_^.
