Vintage French waistcoat

Vintage French waistcoat from the forties.
Crisp white pique waistcoat trimmed in black, probably worn with a morning suit or some other formal tailcoat.
It fastens with three black jet buttons and has a nice old French labelDewachter Nimes at the neck.
It is lined in the same fine cotton as the back which has two darts where it was adjusted and it also has its buckle to adjust at waist level
